Obviously a trx4 high trail F150, though it can be built on any kind of trx4 with the correct modifications.
Front axle for a trx4 for the rear steering
It can be found on eBay fully assembled . A lot of people pull and sell parts from these. Search up the model Trx4 you have and get the same front end. This can also be modified to fit any model.

These are used in place of the steering rod to adjust the trim manually. You won't be able to adjust it with the remote for front and back if you use the TQ remote:

If you are converting a TRX4 Sport over to the F150 body you will need to visit Traxxas for the proper Frame that is longer. Also the links are extended by an extension mounted under the transmission area. Find these parts below:
